• Strict No-Refund Policy: 212 Lacrosse operates under a No Refund Policy for all programs, teams, and events. This applies to all circumstances, including but not limited to injuries, illnesses, or weather-related cancellations.
• Registration Insurance: To protect your investment, we highly recommend the "Registration Saver" insurance from AIG, available during registration. This is the only mechanism for recovering fees due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are strictly non-refundable and serve to secure a player's spot in the program.
• Private Training: A 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all private sessions. Sessions canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged in full.

By registering for any 212 Lacrosse program, you authorize 212 Lacrosse to maintain a secure payment method on file. This payment method will be used as the primary or backup billing source for all services within the 212 Lacrosse ecosystem. This includes:

• Private & Group Instruction: Automated billing for training sessions.
• Outstanding Arrears: Any unpaid balances from current or previous seasons.
• Ancillary Charges: Late cancellation fees, apparel, equipment, or travel fees.
• Administrative Efficiency: This system ensures our staff remains focused on elite player development rather than manual collections.

At 212 Lacrosse, we provide premium, professional services. To maintain the integrity of our program and fairness to all 250+ families:

• Fixed Rates: All rates are non-negotiable. Requesting discounts after services have been rendered is inconsistent with our professional standards and will not be entertained.
• Prompt Payment: Payment is due at the time of registration or immediately following a private session.
• Late Fees: Any balance outstanding for more than 7 days will incur a flat 10% administrative fee. This fee covers the additional resources required to manage overdue accounts.
• Suspension of Service: Players with outstanding balances may be moved to "inactive" status and restricted from practices, games, or training until the account is settled.

At 212 Lacrosse, we are committed to ensuring that elite-level training is accessible to dedicated athletes, regardless of their financial circumstances. Our Financial Aid Fund is strictly reserved for families experiencing verified economic hardship.

I. Eligibility & Philosophy

Financial aid is allocated based on a comprehensive review of a family's overall financial picture, including annual household income from all sources, liquid assets, retirement and investment accounts, real estate holdings, vehicle ownership, and lifestyle expenditures. Aid is distributed on a sliding scale and is not guaranteed for any applicant. Families whose documented household income exceeds 300% of the federal poverty level for their household size will generally not qualify, absent extraordinary and documented circumstances.

II. Mandatory Documentation Requirements

Applicants must submit a complete Financial Disclosure Packet to mike@212lacrosse.com. Incomplete, unsigned, or partially submitted applications will not be reviewed.

• Federal Tax Returns: A signed, certified copy of the most recent Federal Form 1040, including all schedules.
• Current Earnings Verification: Copies of the two most recent pay stubs or W-2/1099 statements for all employed adults in the household.
• Bank Account Disclosure: A current statement (most recent 30 days) for every checking, savings, and brokerage account held by any adult member of the household.
• Real Estate Disclosure: Address of primary residence and full disclosure of any additional real estate holdings.
• Asset Disclosure: A complete list of vehicles owned or leased, retirement account balances, and any other significant assets.
• Hardship Narrative: A written statement outlining the specific unforeseen circumstances that make the program tuition prohibitive.

212 Lacrosse reserves the right to cross-reference all submitted information with public records, including county assessor databases, professional networking profiles, corporate filings, and other publicly available data sources.

III. Sworn Financial Aid Application

All applicants must complete and sign the 212 Lacrosse Financial Aid Application in its entirety. This is a separate document requiring disclosure of household income, assets, real estate, business interests, trust holdings, vehicles, and monthly expenditures, accompanied by a sworn certification of accuracy.

IV. Roster Holds During Review

212 Lacrosse may, at its sole discretion, place a conditional hold on a roster spot while the aid review is pending. This hold is not a guarantee of enrollment. If a financial aid request is denied and the roster has since reached capacity, 212 Lacrosse is under no obligation to create an additional spot.

V. Timeline & Deadlines

• Submission Deadline: All documentation must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the program start date.
• Review Period: Complete applications are evaluated within 14 business days of receipt.
• Notification: Applicants will be notified of the committee's decision via email.
• Acceptance Window: Recipients must confirm acceptance within 7 business days of notification or the award is forfeited.
• Appeal: Denied applicants may submit a complete appeal with new documentation within 14 days of denial.

VI. Certification & Consequences of Misrepresentation

By submitting a request, parents and legal guardians certify that all documents are authentic and complete and that no material financial information has been omitted or misrepresented. Any misrepresentation will result in immediate forfeiture of the player's roster spot, permanent disqualification from all future 212 Lacrosse financial aid programs, and potential removal from the program entirely.

Every dollar awarded to a family that does not qualify is a dollar taken from a family that does. We protect the fund accordingly.

VII. Communication Policy

All financial aid communications must be conducted in writing via email. 212 Lacrosse will not conduct financial aid discussions by phone, text message, or in person.

VIII. Privacy & Confidentiality

All financial information is treated as confidential and reviewed only by the 212 Lacrosse financial aid review committee. Documents are stored securely and not shared with coaches, other families, or third parties except as required by law.

IX. Policy Amendments

This policy may be updated at any time at the discretion of the 212 Lacrosse program director. The most current version will govern all applications submitted after its effective date.

Schedules are subject to modification based on Basin Recreation facility availability or organizational requirements. 212 Lacrosse will communicate any changes as promptly as possible.
